Goldentone's little Reverbmaster model is a nice one, with that great Goldentone tremolo plus a proper spring reverb. Most Goldentone reverbs that I've come across are somewhat laughable, but I have to admit this one's not too bad at all!

This 1965 vintage amp has been recently restored and renovated by the previous owner. The plywood cabinet was stripped of its covering and given a coat of clear lacquer, and the grille cloth was replaced with Fender® Oxblood grille. I must admit, the result looks damn good, even if it's not original.

The amp works well, and sounds great, as a vintage valve amp should. The pair of 6DQ6 output valves push the Alnico speaker nicely with about 20 watts or so. I have no idea what the origin of the speaker is, but it's definitely an Alnico magnet, and it sounds great! You may recognise the speaker, which can be seen by following the .more pictures' link below.

It's quite a light amp, at 17kg, so is a comfortable one to lug around. Dimensions are width 58cm x height 55cm (plus handle) x depth 22cm.
