Buying any product online is a HUGE gamble on the one forking over cash sight-unseen; but I have to say that Grouse Guitars is unsurpassed in customer service and honesty. The amp was EXACTLY as described and pictured on your site, and all my questions were answered quickly and truthfully. My other fear was damage in transit, though I shouldn’t have worried, as packing of the amp was little over the top *LOL* took me about 5mins to remove all the bubble wrap and it completely covered the music room at home!
